.uk Domain Name Registrations & Renewals Terms and Conditions
Key Terms of a registering a .uk domains name with Creative Online Media Ltd
Nominet is the central registry for .uk domains. When you register a .uk domain with us you also enter into a contract with Nominet, the terms of which can be found here.
We charge £20.00 per annum for all .uk domain registrations and continued annual renewals. This includes the annual DNS hosting.
All domains names are auto-renewed 30 prior to the renewal date unless you inform us not to via an email request.
We do not charge for processing outbound domain transfers.
We will let domains name registrations lapse when you have instructed us to do so via an email request. You will be notified 30 days prior to it expiring to confirm you wish to let it lapse.
How we deal with queries and complaints:
Customer queries will be responded to within 5 days of the request being received.
If you wish to make a complaint, please email complaints@outputdigital.com and a member of the team shall respond within 5 working days. If you wish to escalate the complaint please email domains@outputdigital.com or ring the office on 0044 28 90649313 and ask for Alan Brown. All complaints and escalations will be responded to within 5 working days.
Use of the CREATIVE-ONLINE TAG:
We do not offer any reseller options on the CREATIVE-ONLINE TAG and we have no resellers using our TAG.
We have no connections with any other Nominet Registrars.
